We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to build functional and efficient server-side applications. The responsibilities include participating in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers. Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality, cloud-native products that meet customer needs.

Required Experience: 8 + Years
Required Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Job Location: Pune/Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

Cloud Experience: Minimum 5 years in building platforms using Azure.
System Architecture: Excellent track record in system architecture and design.
Programming Skills: Strong expertise in Python programming.
Serverless Technologies: Experience in developing applications using serverless technologies.
Database Skills: Strong expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases.
Must have experience in Azure Services.
Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in leading teams.

Additional Skills:

Experience in leading SRE or DevOps teams for a long-term platform project.
Exposure to performance optimization, improving platform efficiency/ scalability.
