We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Research / Web Research Executive who will support ZYMR’s sales and marketing campaigns by delivering accurate, intent-driven, and ICP-aligned data. The role focuses on web research, data mining, automation using research tools, advanced Excel reporting, and CRM data support.

Job Title: Data Research/Web Research Executive
Required Experience: 5–6 years
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Computer Science, or Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Execute in-depth web research and bulk data mining from multiple online and paid data sources
Perform primary and secondary research aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and intent-based
targeting
Build, validate, enrich, and maintain high-quality B2B databases for sales and marketing campaigns
Automate data extraction, enrichment, and list-building using Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
Create structured reports and dashboards using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Manage large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Support CRM data activities, including uploads, segmentation, hygiene, and validation
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to meet campaign objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–6 years of experience in web research, data research, or marketing/sales data operations
Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and intent-based research
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, reporting)
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar data intelligence platforms
Strong knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies
Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Freshsales
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
