We seek a Business Presentation Specialist to craft visually compelling, data-driven presentations that resonate with C-suite executives, technical decision-makers, and enterprise clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering heads, sales, marketing, and solutioning teams to transform complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
Coordinate & Create: Partner with engineering heads, sales, and marketing teams to develop high-impact presentations for client pitches, RFP responses, webinars, and executive briefings
Visual Storytelling: Design visually striking decks using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides; maintain a ready-to-use template library aligned with brand guidelines
Data-to-Chart Conversion: Rapidly process raw data (Excel, CSV, SQL exports) and convert into professional charts, infographics, and dashboards within presentations
Repository & Version Control: Maintain a centralised, version-controlled repository of all presentations, templates, and assets (Git, SharePoint, or similar)
Solutioning Support: Work with presales and solution architects to create solution diagrams, technical architectures, ROI models, and case study visuals
Design Concepts: Apply design thinking principles; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) familiarity is a plus for custom graphics
Presales Collaboration: Understand presales workflows, contribute to proposal decks, and support bid management with compelling visual content
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in presentation design, business communications, or technical marketing (IT/software industry preferred)
Proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint (master-level), Google Slides, Excel data manipulation, and chart creation
Data Fluency: Comfortable handling large datasets, pivot tables, and converting analytics into executive-friendly visuals
Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a strong plus
Version Control: Experience with Git, SharePoint, or similar document management systems
IT Acumen: Ability to grasp technical concepts (cloud, AI, SaaS, cybersecurity) and translate them for business audiences
Presales Understanding: Familiarity with RFPs, solutioning, and sales engineering processes
Location: Based in Pune or Ahmedabad, willing to collaborate with hybrid/onsite teams
